Albia Villa, with its multiple living, dining and relaxation areas, is designed to maximise the enjoyment of open air living that Bali is renowned for, whilst providing you with all the modern conveniences that you would expect.

The octagonal Main Living Room, with its high ceilings and traditional Balinese alang-alang thatching, provides natural ventilation and an ideal relaxation space for commanding views across the whole property.

The large Dining Room provides ample dining space for 8-10 guests, overlooking the swimming pool and gardens, offering a wonderful view during the day, and a substantially different and refined experience for dining.

The unique triangular Bale DayBed is one of the most popular spots at Albia Villa. An ideal area to hide from the sun whilst keeping connected with your family and friends around the pool.

The Modern Kitchen is fully equipped to meet the needs of even the most demanding cook.

All 4 bedrooms are located in the Main Building; two downstairs for easy access, and two upstairs with delightful views of the carefully carved rice terraces surrounding the villa. All bedrooms enjoy their own en-suite bathrooms with open-air showers.

The upstairs verandah also provides additional seating areas overlooking the lush tropical gardens of the villa and the surrounding rice fields; ideal for those who want additional peace and quiet , or a space to curl up with a book.

The 9 meter long swimming pool is suitable for laps, and the additional Chill-Out/Child Pool area, allows for the enjoyment of the less active. The swimming pool, and the surrounding deck, is equipped with sun-loungers, and benefits from sunlight throughout the day.


	Located on a very gently sloping hill, the design of the compound maximises sunlight around the swimming pool area, whilst providing large covered yet airy living areas for rest and relaxation.


	Albia Villa enjoys landscaped gardens with over a 1000 carefully selected tropical plants, extensive lily ponds, and selected Balinese statues, providing our guests with a bright and colourful environment during the day, and a peaceful aura with a very different charm at night.


	Albia Villa swimming pool is designed to appeal to both the active swimmer, and also the less active. The 9 meter main swimming pool is great for the more active, and the shallow Chill-Out pool is ideal for lazy dips, and reading/i-Pod’ing whilst in the pool. (Of course, for the younger children this area is an ideal safe access to the pleasures of the pool.)

This old time favourite is one of the most popular spots at Albia Villa. During the day, it provides a break from the sun, whilst due to its proximity to the Sun-Deck it ensures that you are next to your family and friends. (Because if you really wanted to get away, you have the options of the Master Living Room, and the seating areas at the upstairs Verandah.) At night, the Bale offers a luxurious alternative for enjoying post dinner drinks, overlooking the beauty of the professionally lit villa gardens in a unique way. (And a great way to get away from the ‘TV addicts’ in the Master Living room who may be watching the footie or the latest DVDs from our Villa DVD library!)

The octagonal Master Living room with its high ceilings is airy throughout the day, whilst the natural Balinese alang-alang roofing creates a spacious atmosphere for rest and relaxation.

The living room also houses the Villa Library and the latest Entertainment Systems (with multiple satellite channels) for your enjoyment. Set off to the side of this living room is the 15+ meter long covered Garden Walkway providing dry access to the Main Building and the bedrooms.

Dining With a View - is enjoyed in our extra large open plan dining room, overlooking swimming pools and the gardens. The central dining table seats 8 to 10 guests comfortably, for a formal dinner or an informal lazy late morning brunch. An extension of the dining area is the very popular Bar Area, which is an ideal spot to enjoy some apperatives whilst watching your Albia Villa Chef prepare a sumptuous dinner.

Additional informal breakfast option is provided in the wooden decked Breakfast Area, adjacent to the swimming pool and the Sun-Deck. Many of the Albia Villa guests also favour this spot for light snacks and refreshments at lunch. (Parents of young children have also discovered that this Breakfast Area provides an excellent meal time spot for the little ones because of its proximity to the ‘pool action’!)

The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped to meet the requirements of even the most demanding cook, from stainless steel oven-grill, to a microwave, coffee maker, and even a cheese toast maker for quick snacks. In addition to an extra large fridge-freezer, the western style kitchen provides extensive storage areas for food, with built in wine racks to help keep liquid refreshments at their best.

Individually air-conditioned, each of the 4 private bedrooms provide ample space for unpacking with their separate walk-in changing rooms, and private en-suite bathrooms with open-air showers/baths. All of the bedrooms overlook the beautiful villa gardens and/or rice terraces, and come equipped with multiple/international power points and latest bathroom accessories you would expect from a 5 star property.
